Yiola is a versatile Human Resources professional  with a vast range of expertise and experience in all core operating, managing and consulting functions of HR, spanning over 15 years. Throughout her career, she has gained proven organizational and time management skills and the ability to complete tasks efficiently. She is an experienced professional who possesses extensive skills and knowledge in the establishment and management of HR functions, such as recruitment and selection of candidates in various fields and professions at all seniority levels, as well as learning & development and performance management with a focus on defining and implementing HR strategies for local and international companies. She has distinguished herself for her multitasking skills, and proven communication, negotiation, and conflict management expertise, as well as motivational leadership attributes. 

 Yiola holds a BSc in Sociology from the Social Science Department of the University of Aegean, an MSc in Human Resource Management & Organizational Behavior, and an MBA from The Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM). She has also been certified as a Sound Labor Relations Practitioner in 2016 and trained as a Certified Mediator in 2018.
