Dr. Nicos Rossides is an experienced CEO, management consultant, and startup coach. He is the former CEO of Medochemie and a former member of the global executive board of Synovate (one of the top four global marketing services companies). As CEO of CREF Business Ventures, a business incubator connected to the Cyprus Foundation, Dr. Rossides advises and mentors founders of academic startups, helping them to develop and execute effective market entry strategies.  

Dr. Rossides’ most recent book, titled “Engaging the Workforce: The Grand Management Challenge of the 21st Century”, was published by Routledge/Taylor & Francis in 2023. He has given numerous talks on the future of work (Oxford, Trinity College, and University of Belgrade in the past year), and his book on the topic is due to be published in early 2024: “The Future of Work: Managing in the Age of AI”
