Natasa Iacovides
Natasa has 21-years work experience in the field of Human Resources. In 2007, she joined Hermes Airports as a Human Resources Officer, and since 2013 has held the role of Director of Human Resources with the additional roles of Executive Coach in 2017, and the Code of Ethics & Compliance Officer in 2018. Natasa has been very active in the various associations related to her field. From 2013 to 2017, Natasa was a Board Member of the Cyprus Human Resource Management Association (CyHRMA) and the European Association for People Management (EAPM). In 2018, she became a member of the Airport Council International (ACI) Europe Leadership and Human Resources Forum, and in 2020, was elected to the position of Vice Chairperson of this committee. From 2021 to 2023, Natasa was elected and served as the Chairperson.
For Natasa work ethics, equal treatment and opportunities are an integral part of her principles; principles that govern Hermes Airports’ Human Resources department. Her motto is “every organisation is as strong as its people” and her primary goal is to maintain the healthy work environment which has been achieved in Hermes Airports. Her continuous passion, dedication and drive for excellence and her strong belief in the creation of a healthy organization led Hermes Airports to become accredited and acknowledged by established organisations on a national and international level, such as MEECO Gold Designation, Investors in People – Platinum Accreditation (since 2018), Investors in People – Wellbeing Platinum Accreditation in 2024, Airports Council International (ACI) Europe HR Excellence Award (first in 2019 and again in 2024) and 3 Gold awards for People practices from the Cyprus HR Awards.
